Zipker Online Services — received different product and return is not taking place

I have received wrong product. Products written outside of the packet is not same inside.
I ordered for 3 items and they have delivered me 1 item of cheap amount which i didn't even ordered.
I have written mails, but not getting response and when i am contacting their customer care number its coming either switched off or not reachable.
I have written a mail to provide me either my correct order or give me an option to return it so that i can get my refund back.

This is totally fraud.
