I purchased a crop top n skirt which had a size issue on 3rd aug 2018 and was delivered on 6th aug 2018.. Have requested for return and refund of money on 6th aug 2018, but it is still under process, customer service no is busy and more over none other contact numbers mentioned are available.. I need d refund of money asap otherwise i may have no option bt to approach consumer forum. Also i wanted to ask do zipker people fool their customers or are they really fraud?
