Yes I too ordered 15 dresses and paid money online...they are not responding on mail and neither delivering our order..they are frod

My money also got deducted but no response from merchant side, My mistake I would have cheked the reviews before order. This is completely fraud website. I need my money back whats the way to get refund?
This is fraud company, don't get fooled. Concerned authorities please take action to punish them block their website and save the citizens.

I too ordered the dresses from this site and i didn't get any updates. And i also paid the money.Please refund my money back.
It's been 15 days since I've placed an order.
As there was no option for Cash on delivery, I have already paid the amount.
The payment was successful and I also received a message on confirming the order.
Now I'm not able to track the order and there is no response from the other end.
The phone number and email address mentioned in the website are fake.

Case krein koi detail le lete hai police case kr dete hai is website ko bnd krva dete hai sabhi janta ko loot rhe hai mene v kai dresses order ki hai payment v successful ho gai thi confirmed msg v aaya tha lekin na hi product mila nahi money back

I came only one msg for my order confirmed on 04/09/2020. Still not receive. Iam also try to dial the customer care no. But it totally waste. Very bad service. Totally faurd. If you could not able to deliver the product means, you send money back complusory.
Yes, Its a really fake website, I ordered Lehnga choli and 3 sarees from this website Zmartly.in but they didn`t deliverd the product, payment already send them..., send product or refund, I called them but the customer care number are still switch off, Even I mailed them but they didn`t answer me... Plzzz refund me or send my product...
