I have ordered the smart watch phanthom 4g on 28th december 2018 and i have received a watch without a name smart watch which is not as what i have ordered. I have tried several time to connect with zooker and seller. Contacted the customer care and they are asking pic and problem details. I have submitted but the same thing they are asking again and again over phone chat and mail but they are not resolving my problem and not giving any further information for refund.
