I had order vapor kw77 smart watch with camera (Round dial) from this company, but the watch which they gave me is too cheap watch not having any brand, and defective

For the same i had emailed them photos of the watch which recd to me, but still they had not taken any action on it. They are refusing my refund, not taking my calls or no response
