I had ordered a smart watch from the website www.zookr.com, they sold me another company's degraded quality watch and on inquiring they refuse to provide a replacement saying it is as per their replacement policy. I feel cheated. When contacted they took all my details regarding the order number, the awb and also a video of my product. And after providing all the details they are adamant saying that the product sold to me was the correct one and they closed my case. Pathetic service and also the customer care service was pathetic. They sold me a local quality watch for rs. 1699.
