Zoomin.com — Product not delivered

I ordered a photo poster on 30th of December and on tracking found that the product was delivered to someone else on January 2nd and on contacting the zoo min people, replied that the product was delivered correctly. Whenever I contacted them they'l reply with a single message irrespective of the context.How can such an organization deliver product to any person roaming on the road without any prior thinking.Anyways it was a great experience and i would recommend not to buy products for this fabulous site.
