It was mentioned it will be delivered on 6th Feb
Tracking status shows Misrouted due to Ecoms failure, they update this status everyday, doing this since 10 days.
What kind of service is this!! Sheer negligence!

There is no way to get a customer care number to talk to you guys.
I payed extra for fast delivery and still following up on emails, websites and other platforms. Totally pathetic service.
