For my last order I had applied Promocode AMAZ1647 but did not get the amount in in Amazon pay after finishing the transaction. Not able to login your helpdesk portal also. Kindly resolve the incident at earliest.

I have rightly applied the code, but due to system issue something wrong happened. So you need to the resolve issue. I request you to apply the code and do the needful from your end. If you cant then please cancel the order and stop wasting our time.
I have been ordering from Zoomin since long and never faced this kind of poor service.
Kindly resolve the incident at earliest and if you cant cancel the order and revert my money back.
They are not doing anything just keep repeating the same thing nothing can be done.
