I booked a Zoom car on 8th Feb. I paid 3474/-. When I went to pickup the car which I booked was not available, infact no car was available. My whole trip was dependent on this booking. Then I had to cancel this booking. I canceled and I received the cashfree link to collect the amount. I was suppose to click and redeem the amount. I was never informed that this is the way you get you refund. I missed that email and the email link is not working now. I have been following-up for almost 3 months now. I tried to email, no response received. I tried twitter they asked me to send my bank statement which I sent but they say that you have already redeemed which I did not. I also confirmed with my bank, this amount never came to my account. There is no way I can call, because the call never goes by saying you don't have any active booking. I am totally stuck and don't know what to do. This all experience is very frustrating. I am putting lot of efforts in just getting my money back. All my efforts are getting wasted. No one is helping, no one is ready to listen and resolve.
