Dear sir,
I ended my zap subscription for Renault kwid KA03 AH 6236 on September 30th 2020 Till now ( 12/october/2020) they did not do the final settlement and or at least my caution deposit amount, i'm getting those template emails for all my queries. saying they will process it at earliest, moreover they said their TAT is 5-7 days from the date of handover.
From the toll-free number also they removed the option to talk to a support representative. So i cannot escalate this issue to a higher level also.
Kindly do the needful.
