Hi I have booked a product worth Rs.1499 in zooryjems website, paid via razor pay using my debit card. Amount is debited but haven't received any information about order ID, details, etc. Even I didn't received the product as well as any reference number also about the order. Please help to get back the money. I request with the people not to believe such a fraud websites.

I had purchased a bicycle from this website today I also made the payment but after sometime I received a message that payment has failed and the amount would be reversed back in my account in 4-5 days. Is it a fraud company? I was trying to check their website it seems to be of jewellery not of bicycles.
