This is regarding my Order No. WTSPL60629 placed on the website zopomobiles.in. Please note that the order was placed on 02/09/2013 and I have paid Rs.23300/- (including 500 towards shipping charges) using my credit card on that day. I would like to draw your attention to the following facts:
1. I have not received the mobile phone (ZP-990) even though more than 6 months have passed. Please note that in the order confirmation it was mentioned that the mobile would be delivered within 5-7 days.
2. I have contacted the seller more than 100 times through emails and phone calls, but got responses only very rarely.
3. The officials had assured me (over telephone) of delivery the mobile phone first by Oct 20, then by November 10, later by December 7, again by December 20 and then by December 25- each time the delivery date got extended. They never mentioned the date in the emails.
4. This kind of delay, careless attitude towards customers’ complaints and emails and taking customers for granted has become a habit with the management.
5. The website seems to be scam. There is no contact address or names anywhere in the website.(Tel no is[protected] which never replies)
6. I suspect there are some serious issues with this website. The deliveries are intentionally delayed to enjoy free credit (payments received from the customers).
Sir I request them to refund me ASAP from January 1st week but they always reply my mail as "Your Refund is Under Process" So I request you to please take strict action against such fraud company and do justice, Direct them to refund me ASAP with interest and Fine.
