Zopper — Extended Warranty for Godrej AC stating its directly from Brand

I got a call from an executive stating she is from Godrej (Sahana+[protected] for the extended warranty is from Godrej AC brand. and shared the payment link of Rs.5879 . The minute I made the payment I can see it’s not to Godrej and it’s to Zopper (Solvy Tech Solutions).

I called her up and informed it’s not showing as direct Godrej she told give me sometime to check on this and later she is not responding to my calls or messages.

I reached out to Zopper as and when I got this extended warranty emails with all the above details and explained all these multiple times to customers care executives. I was told emailing team is working and I will get a response in a day or two. After multiple follow ups I am getting a response after a week stating to reach out to you the source from where I made the payment. Source (she) is not even responding and the payment is done to Zopper not to her and I have not availed any service and this extended warranty is not yet started as my current Brand warranty is active for few more months.

Hence I requested to cancel this warranty and refund my money. But they are denying this.
