Zuari Furniture — Sofa rexine getting teared in 2 years only

I have purchased Zuari sofa set of 70k so costly and only in 2 years rexine of sofa started tearing what low quality material is it and wastage of 70k rupees .
I want that Zuari company should replace the rexine of sofa immediately.
