Dear Sir,
I have visited your Nanded ZUDIO on dated 04.01.2022 and had shoping of ₹1695/- while bill payment store executive swiped my debit card twice as he told that first transaction was not successful for amt ₹ 1695/- but my account got debited twice as per attached account statement and SMS screenshot and invoice.
Very next day I rush to store and meet to store manager for refund of ₹1695/- he told that he will escalate the issue to his account team and assure that will get refund in 1 week.
But still I haven't received refund amount and herewith request you to refund the same or else I will be forced to go consumer forum for the same.
