Zudio — Payment Paid- Purchased item not received

I have visited Zudio bopal store on 18/05/2022, where i have purchased clothes and payment through G pay of 3000 amount, amount was deducted from my acount and delievered to Zudio Although the manager of Shop decline the receipt of payment and requested to payment again.

which is denied by me as amount already deducted from my A/cupon which he said keep the purchased product at store you will get payment confirmation within 24 hours, upon confirmation collect your purchased item.

i am stilll follow up but no any proper response received.
