In my Zylo car the Driver seat spring, which had broken, so when I gave the car for 1st service (5000KMS) in the month of April 2016, Mr. Udhyamoorty who attended this service said that we can change the seat under warranty, so he will order and will call us within 2 weeks to change it, but we are in June 2016 (already car reached 9500 KMS going to send for 2nd Service) still he didn’t call us.
When we try to reach the Ambattur Industrial Estate branch there is NO PROPER response.
With the broken seat we had driven for more than 5000 KMS. So is this the way you will treat the customers. Was this information helpful? |
