I got a message from vz-vicms i.e.. Vodafone, i was charged rupees 7/- on tuesday 3rd jan 2023 for choosing to access 'games and videos' which i did not done and on fryday 19th may 2023 i got one more message says i have been charged Rs. 10/ - for choosing to access 'Telsync Games' which also i did not done. i send a cancellation VAS message to vodafone but they replied i did not subscribed to any of their VAS services. Mobile number deactivated without informing customer

Unwarranted deduction in name of subscription

I haven't activated any games portal in my phone.. on the gap of every few days they activate one or the other services without any request on my part. Today Rs. 25 was deducted for some Handset Inbuilt Game. Your customer care is the worst service i have come across.. Im never able to contact your executive for any of my complaints.. Deactivate the service immediately and refund my money...

Sim not working

My family member sim card is not showing any network for last 15 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.

Caller tune activation without my consent

On may 9, 2023 at 3.11 pm, Rs.99 was deducted from my Vi prepaid balance without my consent for caller tune activation when I didn't opt for any caller tune. This is totally not acceptable and I request a reimbursement of the deducted amount....

Sim is not working

I recently ported my BSNL sim into vi sim.
they say that it will activate in 2 days.
and it's been two days and my sim is still not working.

Since morning today, I am unable to make any outgoing calls. Every number I dial it says the number is invalid. I am receiving calls and my plan is valid till 05th May. Tried calling the customer representative but was unable to reach them as the call gets disconnected as soon as I am transferred to the customer rep. I am located in aurangabad, maharashtra. Lack of proper customer care support

I have recently applied for porting to vi and have got the sim but I am unable to activate the number in vi. Still the old operator network is available after 3 days and calling 59059 for tele verification from vi is of no use. I also tried the sms way but no use.
I wanna know whether I have to wait a little longer or I am not aware of any other steps.
I called many customer care number to know that they are all AI which cannot...

Mobile recharge amount debited but no recharge

Hi Consumer Complaint team,

Today I have recharged by IDEA sim for 179 INR through VI(Vodafone Idea) app but after waiting for 8 hours, still the recharge is not successful but amount has been debited from my account.

Attached the debited screenshot and recharge history, please notify Vodafone idea and hoping to get refund so that I can recharge it again.

I have paid my post paid bill of my mobile no [protected] on 17th April 2023. But till today it is not removed from your system and while calling, voice record message come as - 'pay your outstanding bill immediately to avoid disconnection' which is very irritating.
