Facing Broadband Issue from last 2 weeks

poor 3G connectivity

I use to recharge my airtel prepaid sim with 3G. But for last 3-4 months it has been working so poor that it is sheer wastage of hard earned money. The whole idea of connectivity gets defeated. waiting time for opening of any website is very huge which irritates. Please address the issues immediately. DND not working

I am getting cell broadcasts continuously on my cell phone. There is no limit of the cell alerts.. It comes continuously and constantly. If I am travelling then it comes about 200 broadcasts in one hour. This consume my battery and irritates me. I have complained this and registered DND . My DND registeration No. A[protected]. After arguing for half an hour they said me to visit nearest airtel office at (near police station) Rammamurthy nagar branch, Bangalore. There the person gave improper information stating you can contact again customer care to argue again and they will not change to prepaid and every month I need to pay the monthy rental.
