company is deducting balance from account

Sir this is Rajesh Raut mobile no [protected] (airtel). on Saturday night i have done two recharge of 100 and 149 for calling and Internet usage respectively. but co is deducting balance from my main account for using Internet, but i didn't used internet at all, and if i used it they should deduct bal from Internet acc. i have called customer care for 3 times they said senior executive will call back, but no call from last two days. reply...

Amount deducted three times

Dear Sir/Madam

Yesterday I was recharge my data card no-[protected] through airtel site.That time they are showing recharge failed.
But after few minutes my bank has deducted three times amount Rs, 449.00. I am trying to contact customer care but they are not response in this matter.Sir please do the needful and refund my money.

Frequent network connection problem

Airtel DTH New Connection
