Non activation of sim

SIR,

I had purchased new sim with no [protected] on 07 Apr 14.Till date the sim is not being activated.I had requested the dealer several times for the activation of sim., but all in vein.Next i had contacted the appellate officer airtel to resolve the issue.After several emails the result is zero.

So i request you to please help me out to resolve my problem....

Series of disservices and threatening

It was the month of April when I got an Airtel Broadband connection setup with a plan of 1299 which they increased with Rs 200 for 'input cost purposes'. Being asked about for clarification they took a months time to reply and disconnected the connection for 3 days straight. DTH not installed even after d days

to whom it may concern on 12th i made an online payment of rs. 1290 for my DTH connection for Cochin, Kerala i went for this just because it was urgent for one on my guest. + it quite surprised to see even after 3 days none of your technical staff visited us for installation contacted few nos which i got form the website unfortunately its really disgusting. only airtel ads are coming no none of the customer service attends...

Internet disconnection

I have subscribed the landline no. 45524128 at Chennai and facing frequent disappearance of internet connection. I have tried to contact you over phone at 121, but the process is so lenghty to talk to your technical officers and also it involves charges for fault in your connection. I become upset as I have to stop working because of internet disappearence very frequently. Kindly help to resolve as soon as possible....

This is From CanApprove Consultancy Services (P) Ltd. We have Airtel Internet connection in our office @ Gould Souk Mall Cochin. We had Problems with our Internet and has reported it to the Kadavanthra office and Kundanoor office of Airtel. But still we are not able to continue our business.

Kindly look into the matter as its an urgent requirement otherwise we will be forced to choose some other options...
