I have done recharge from my google pay for 239 plan. Transaction was successful from google pay with transaction i'd but no recharge confirmation received from jio. Attaching screenshot for your perusal.

How can i get my refund?...

i am writing to request a refund or transfer for an incorrect mobile recharge that i made on 23/08/2023.

I accidentally recharged the wrong mobile number [protected] and would like to request a refund or transfer for my mobile no [protected] for the amount of rs 2999.00. The transaction id for this recharge is apay[protected] and reference no:br0009u27j59.

I have requested too many attempets...

Maine Jio Fiber book kiya tha 19.06.2023 jo ki nahi lag paya lekin mere ghar jo JIO ka executive aaya tha maine uske PAYTM se pay kiya tha or maine usee cash pay kiya Rs. 2850.00. Maine refund ke liye mail kiya tha jisme unka reply aaya ki vo mujhe pay kar chuke hai lekin mujhe refund amount mere account mai nahi mila. Please help kar dijiye mujhe refund chahiye.

my account is blocked on 2nd march 2023 and my money is also blocked in it
Complained on Jio company's customer care but got no help, I have account balance above ₹2000 in my wallet, will the company give my money or run its company by grabbing the money of the poor, I used to recharge only with Jio Pos Lite application And I didn't do anything,...

Then I tried Gpay customer care he said we not able to cancel . Then he said ask jio to cancel this transaction. I tried Jio customer care But Jio customer care person Said I'm not able to cancel because that transaction success
I request please cancel that transaction and refund my amount

I have a JioFiber connection at my home that stopped working on the evening of 18th August 2023, on 19th August I lodged a complaint regarding the same and was told that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. however, it's now been 5 days and the issue is still not resolved, nor do I have a proper update on the situation....

I have book jii fiber on[protected] and till date no one is coming to check. When we’re call jii team they are tell the box which is near by you has no empty port...

I am residing at SKRA - 110, TC 42/1478, Sreevaraham, Trivandrum. Jio-Fiber has put a pole for their cable in front of my house without my permission. I was using a 4G jio Sim card in a 4G Router, I did a reacharge of ₹2999, and Jio without my consent without any notification convert my Sim into 5G and it stopped working on any 4G devices. It's not working on JioFi nor on any 4G router.
5G network is not available in my area. That sim card has become useless for me. ₹2, 999 recharge waste. And Jio is not willing to do anything. They just raised a complaint to provide me 5G network...

Dear sir i am submitting this complaint against jio because of their recharge reminding auto tone while making phone calls. It takes more than 15 seconds of the customer. Not only that it activates even before the three days of the end of package. This is disgusting. Please save our time and privacy.

This is regarding the jio fiber connection I took in delhi with the promise made by Jio fiber sales person and area head that u will get 1 month free i[censored] get 3 month plan with us.
The 4th month will be completely free u won’t be charged for the 4th month services.
However we got charged we paid the bill.we chased the area head as he sent that person at out place to inform us about the plans and services,...

My house is far 1.8 km from jio tower in this condition they are unable to provide the proper internet. When they have user they should provide Good connectivity....

Jio care told there is no time limit for completing sim reverification process.until reverify the sim will retain in your name under suspended status.
I believed and within a week the sim got disconnected.Now the same jio care saying it got disconnected we can't do anything.
Please enable my disconnected Mobile number so that I can do my re-verification process....

I have mistakenly recharged wrong mobile no. of rs 2545
and jio support team is doing nothing for that ..

I mistakenly while paying for recharge for my Jio number, entered a wrong digit and recharge has been successful for wrong number at 26 July 2023 at 2:56pm.

My plan is 150 mbps and I’ve been receiving the speed 15-20 mbps for one week. After many calls to the Jio customer care and service managers & heads, it was finally resolved. The issue was of low power from the back end, then to the box installed in my building, and thus my router was not getting enough power.

There is no network or signal in our village. We do have approximately 250 to 300 connections but still we don't get to use JIO network. We also have people working from home but due to network issues people have to migrate to near by locations to work. It would be great if this issue is fixed as it helps hundreds of people to use the services and especially IT people working from home....
