I when to jio store about my Complaint 5G Service ! They don't respond they don't see my problem on Tablet i keep my tablet on table n see too other person n my tablet fell down my tablet touch broken because of jio store employee if he listen it my problem it can happen with my tablet .. i want my tablet to repair by store !

They keep harrassing to recharge the number to stop number from closing. when you recharge they dont care about service untill next recharge. I recharged smart plan of 199 for 28 days for my jio sim. However it is not replicated and can't able to use sim services like calling texting and internet. How to resolve this...

After that she transferred my call to tara Kashyap she told me you have to pay 2100rupees security ammount for getting joining...

I recharged my Jio Fiber number +91-[protected] on 24th Jan 2023 at 8.18 AM from My Jio App through CRED UPI
The amount 824/- was deducted from my ICICI Account, but the recharge was not processed.
I waited for two hours, then recharged again with another mode of payment, and the recharge was successfully processed.
The refund amount is not processed.

Dear Sir I am user of jio number [protected] and due to not recharging it jio has blocked my incoming calls and SMS deliberately which is not as per government trai rules and the escalation department person Bilal is asking me to recharge it then only it will be activated which is wrong.
