I had ordered food through Zomato. But the restaurant rejected my order due to peak hours. Zomato sent me an email stating the order could not be fulfilled and refund of Rs.1, 671 is completed, and if I didn't receive it in my bank account, please contact the bank. I did not receive the refund till now and hence contacted my bank. My bank asked me for the refund UPI transaction ID. Unless I give the transaction ID they cannot trace the refund...
