100Bestbuy.com — Disappeared credit balance

Hi, I would like to complaint about 100bestbuy.com. And also i would like to spread awareness to everyone about the cheating and worst service of this website. On dec16, 2014 i bought a shirt combo for my dad's b'dy. At the time of checkout, i gave the size as 42. Once i gave the payment and completed my order, i got a call from their customer care person named srikanth. He told me that the ordered size is 38 and the address is incomplete. Then i informed them that i wanted a size of 42 and also i gave the correct address for dispatch. Then he told me that they are offering some lucky draw for new year. He gave me port number, when i search with that, i could see a funbook. He told me that it was a special offer and was only available for me. He forced me to buy a micromax funbook and a power house of rs.10000. (When i compared the price with other website, shown me a total price of about rs.5500. Cheating fellows... Later, in the same website, i could even see that funbook without any number and able to buy it. It was available to everyone.) that guy told me that they will give 100% cashback to my 100bestbuy wallet. But they did it immediately. I thought to cancel that funbook order. But they are telling that it is non refundable. I got suck. While buying the funbook, they didn't inform me about this non refundable regulations. Then i thought to buy a mobile using that wallet amount 10000. But there is no latest mobiles and also the mobiles cost higher than any other online websites. Later they have sent the items for dispatch. They tried to dispatch in the wrong address. So many times i informed customer care and courier services regarding this. But they again and again doing the same mistakes. Really irritated. Finally i went to the courier delivery hub and got that items. I don't know then why they have charged for shipment? Will they give me back that charges?... Surely they will not... Finally when i opened the shirt combo, the size was 38. Totally upset... Again i raised a return request, again that courier guy went to the wrong address. They were repeating the same mistakes. Again i have sent mail to the customer care. I don't know what is the use of customer care then... Really very very very very worst service. Please don't shop in that website. I really dissatisfied with their sales and service. Please don't suffer like me. I have never seen any of such weird scenarios in my online shopping experience. Till now (Jan2, 2014) i didn't receive my shirt combo with right size. Even my dad's b'dy was also over. Few days back, when i tried to order a mobile, it was saying that mobile was out of stock. After some days, mobile was available but when i clicked on the paynow option, it is giving me an alert as "we are not accepting online payments rite now". Today (19march, 2014) when i look into the site, i could not find my wallet amount. It got disappeared. Really got sucked. I remember that guy told me that this credit is having the life time validity. Please help me to get the money back to me.
