In the internet we got a message for apple iphone contest and i have paid rs 9999 for the same. Evidently i'm not a winner. But i was promised that i can shop for that amount. For some days the amount appeared as balance in my account. But after some days even that is not appearing. When i tried to shop one month back, it was asking me to pay amount using my card like any other user. Why should i pay when i have money in my account. Today when i tried to shop something, it is not even allowing me to pay. It says online payment will not be accepted. I want my money back at any cost. I'm a retried isro scientist knowing influenced people like dr. Abdul kalam as well. If no action is going to be taken, i will go to consumer court and handle the case with the influence of my known higher officials. Phone calls are not responded and we are not even able to contact any customer care representative. We already see lot of complaints on you hence i'm not the only person who has been cheated. You should ashamed of your act of cheating people like this and eating with that money. Why don't you learn from other online shopping vendors like firstcry, amazon, flipkart etc. Are they cheating and using the hard earned money of people like you? We all will unitededly fight against you and if no proper action is taken for all our complaints. Hope the customer care will act honestly and take necessary action for getting my rs 9999 back or make it available for shopping. Awaiting your response at the earliest.
