Dear sir, I have purchased the combo of (Samsung galaxy star pro s7262 + power bank + watch) with 50 percent cashback from 100bestbuy via order reference no. 31482299 worth rupees 10999/- on 16th july, 2014 which is promised to deliver within 1 week. After 1 week, we have recieved the delivery where i have found that the wrong material has been delivrerd (Samsung galaxy black star pro) worth rupees 7000/- only for which i have regsitered the complaint for product return and refund of amount which they have promised me. But now they are refusing to return my money and telling me that the refund was in credit points which can be used against purchase. My point is why should i purchse the things higher than mrps. these people are cheats and someone needs to take action against them.
I have tried Indian Consumer Forum, CORE, consumer complaints and nobody seems to be interested in solving the issue.
