24x7 Fresh.in — Cancellation of order and refund as your failure to provide the service.. | |||||
I have place an order on 27th April online from 24x7 fresh.in for Milk subscription for Order :[protected] of value Rs 585. I have not received any order till now. every time i call they said that they will transfer order in next 20-30 days. Two months are already over & when i call to customer care & asked them to refund my money, they simply denied & said amount can not be reversed. I have sent so many time email to them for cancel my order as they are not delivering any product, Everyone from 10th May till now is saying that you order will get cancelled and you will get refund within 7-9 working days..Its more than 60 day since I place the cancellation my order didn't got cancelled nor I get the refund.. I have asked to escalate to next level and share the escalation matrix. They have not done anything and not helped me.. They only said that its management committee you decide the cancellation and refund and they can share there no and will not escalate neither share the escalation matrix.. It more than two month from the day I have placed the order and money debited from my account..Why my refund is not happening ? Why your call center people are helpless.. Why I am not getting any replies to mail that I am sending? Why your customer service team is bluffing? Is there any system and process to support the customer? I have made an order on 30th april 2016 for milk subscription in noida but nor the product has been received neither any notification they once received my call and said that thr refund will be in my account on 30th june but i have not received the same now the no. they mentioned on website never connects nor they respond to mails.
