I had subscribed prepaid milk service from this online portal. The service started after several follow up and nearly 20 days later, now I received milk hardly few days and without any information the milk service was stopped. The customer care so poor they don't give proper information and cut the call. I wrote them few emails and none of them answered till date. last week I called them to know the reason why my service was stopped without any notification and customer case executive was not in condition to answer me. He was again and again forcing me to subscribe another product which I refused, since they were not even able to fulfill one subscription which was already made then How can I trust them for another and He told me their company will refund the remaining amount after 90 day(that's also baseless when they do not have my bank account details and all). I asked them to reply my emails ASAP which I sent to them and they are not also responding on that. After this all I am feeling like being cheated.
