I have ordered of milk 2 packets of milk everyday for 30 days on march 25, 2016 vide order number[protected] and effected online payment.

Even after repeated reminders sent by e-mails, i have not receive any reply. I have asked for the refund over phone and they assured that the refund will be effected within 7 days. Neither the supplied the milk as ordered nor refunded money till today.

Milk supply started on May 13, 2016 i.e. after almost 80 days of making payment, and stopped on May 25, 2016. I have paid for 30 days supply. But supplied only for 12 days and stopped abruptly without assigning any reason. It is better to inform the authorities concerned and take appropriate action for cheating the public and swindling their money. Please mark the complaint as unrevolsved.

I have sent the Order id with contact details to [protected]@24x7fresh.in on May 02, 2016 itself. They have not even bothered to send an acknowledgement for my e-mail, leave alone resolving the issue.

I have Paid 1296 for monthly delivery of mil daily. The Service has not started yet. Nobody responding over emails and calls. Please refund the money at the earliest.

No received milk up to date

My Order ID is[protected]. I am not getting milk at all. I placed the order on Feb 22th. Even when i am calling customer care, there is no proper response. Very frustrating. These people are cheaters. The will keep money for some months and come back with silly reasons. We need to ask for the full payment along with interest.
