Dear sir, I had made a payment of rs2187 by my credit card on 18th april 2016 to the 24x7 fresh.In for daily supply of fresh amul tonned & full cream milk. The milk was to be supplied daily in the morning. I was not provided ith any receipt for the payment, i have my credit card statement showing the payment made to them. On april 25 i received an email message from their customer care which is copied for your reference: "customer support 24x7fresh Apr 25 To bcc: me Hello Thank you for shopping with 24x7fresh.In Your order is in process, so please allow some more time. Your delivery is start from 1st may. We assure you that once our services begins it will continue uninterrupted. Fyi - before starting our services, l Local area supervisor and delivery boys will connect with you for confirmation of delivery start date. Count for milk shall begin from the day our service starts. Anticipating a long term relationship with you!" But the supply did not start on 1st may so i mailed to them the following on 1st may 2016: "ashok sarin May 1 To customer Dear concerned The delivery of milk as per the message was supposed to start fom today 1st may. But neither have i received the ordered milk, nor has any of your representative visited my residence to date. Please let me know exact date when will the supply start. Regards" Having received no response to my mail of 1st may 1016 i again sent an email to their customer care on 9th may 2016 as under: "ashok sarin May 9 (8 days ago) To customer Customer care team 24x7 fresh I am sorry to say that neither has your representative contact me as mentioned in your mail nor service for milk supply started to date. This is after the total amount has been paid for over one and half month. Your customer care tel number[protected] also does not respond after the initial message of recording the call for monitoring purpose. This is the last time i am requesting you to start the milk supply or i will be forced to take necessary action. Regards" I have not received any reply to my mails till today. It is surprising that the company does not respond to the complaints even after taking the full amount for one months milk supply nor have started the milk supply!. If this is the case and 24x7 has no money for payments to milk suppliers, why are they taking advances from customers?. They are posting ad mails on daily basis in the emails and luring customers with 10% discount on printed price and home delivery early morning by 7.00 AM.
It seems the company is openly cheating the citizens and action needs to be taken against the company.
