Booked a subscription of tender coconut on 27 june to the address ob3-307 ongc colony poonam nagar andheri east, mumbai. on first day delivery boy came and taken rs1000 and told i will get reciept and change tomorrow. after that only no recipt came and i got delivery of only 2 days. customer care no is wrong. local coordinator mr deepak bangar ph no [protected] dont pick call and after more than 15 20 days of continuous calling suddenly got a msg from him that "i has resigned and don't call me". one more person mr harsh (delhi) [protected] also don't pick calls and not even bother to reply the msg.
I have even mailed to the mail id given in site but got no reponse.
They are not even returning my money. can some one suggest where can i complain.
