I took milk subscription for 1lts mother diary milk daily delivery for 30 days(Order no:[protected],[protected]. I got confirmation of payment and was told the subscription will start from 7th /8th/9th april and i would be contacted by mr. Harsh. I however didn't receive any call. I tried calling the customer care but the call would go to the ivr and disconnect.
After trying for 3 days i got through to the customer care and was told asorry story about supervisor having left the company. I wrote to them and was told that the subscription would now start from 14th april or the money would be refunded. Once again it was not delivered on 14th and then when i called and asked for the refund, i was told 19th as the new date and on 18th when i called to check the status i was given 20th as the next date.
I've written multiple times to them asking for refund but i've not received a single response. Yhe customer service doesn't give amy details except a new date. They refuse to refund, or disconnect the call. Was this information helpful? |
