24X7Fresh.in — Subscribed milk paid money but no response from them | |||||
I have subscribed for milk from 24*7 fresh and paid Rs. 662 on 18th May 2016. I have not received any information or email about when will it get started or anything. Now when i called them on 24th May to check teh status they are talking rudely and saying that they have stopped milk subscription and i can request for some other product or refund. I have requested for refund on which they are saying that it will be done in 3 months time and don't call them before 3 months. It is highly unprofessional on their part. I called them on 18th may before making payment about possibility of milk delivery in my area and if their intention was true they would have informed me not to subscribe as they are closing milk subscription. I need my money back at earliest and apology from them. They should stop taking payments if they can;t deliver. Was this information helpful? | |||||

i have received an apology mail and they informed that it will take 90 days to refund the money. I am waiting let's see by when i will get money
