[Resolved] 4-AiMS Consultancy — Fraud cheaters in placements and jobs | |||
dear all job seekers, beware of 4AIMS CONSULTANCY-IISCO BUILDING is 110% fraud. I registered with them in DECEMBER with Rs. 5000/- as a Platinum member (without any proper receipt.The only proof with me is the stamped part of their registration form mentioning the amount and a signature). I also got their mail (FIRST ROUND INTERVIEW) initially from some SWAPNA SIKDAR. When I went to their office I met Miss Swapna Sikder who had loads of bluffs to tell me. SALI... I was promised a constant support for 2 years, atleast 2 or more interview calls per month for 2 years and a formatted resume (The only thing they fulfilled) and a personal mentor. And here I gave away my hard earned 5000 bucks. They were supposed to give the formatted resume within 15 days and start for giving my interview calls in the next few days.But I did not receive a single thing from them. Only my account was activated in the member's login page which was completely blank. When I visited them next on JANUARY, they had no answer to my questions. And this time I met someone who I think happens to be their resume manager. He is just a sweet talker and is part of the same fraudulent business. He promised me to take action and I was at last delivered my formatted resume after another 3 days...Hurray !!! Hold On !!! That was the last positive thing to happen. I kept making visits to their office and they kept assuring me that everything will be all right and I will soon touch the stars :) :) :) :) .This went on for another 3 visits. On my 4th visit, met SRITANU SIKDAR (The Dickhead) told me flatly that he cannot understand my qualifications and the terms in my CV ( :O it was the same 1 prepared by them... Ha Ha ! actually it was just a copy paste thing done in their format from the cv provided to them by me). He continued - that hence I should come and have to meet his boss the next day. Now his boss was supposed to be having some great plans for me. (Appreciate my patience guys ! I went again the next day) The boss is SRITANU SIKDAR... He seemed to be so busy and hardly knew anything about my profile - As soon as SWAPNA referred to me, he picked up the phone and spoke to some one that he is sending a good candidate to them. I was told to make a visit to the supposed office 2 days later. When I went to this prospective employer of mine in saltlake I found the whole office empty except for 1 old fellow sitting at their reception. He said that nobody was present to take interview as everybody was out of station. He asked me to leave my CV and promised I would get a call as soon as people are back at office. When I informed this to SWAPNA SIKDAR, he had only 1 answer - it happens.This was in JANUARY.And now its MARCH end. Thank God ! I didn't wasted any more time on them and through some other sources I am now happily employed in a very good organization. Moreover I have also received offers from some topmost companies in the world. Actually, there was a time in this period when I had started to seriously doubt on myself and my qualifications only. What made it worse was the jobs posted on my ads member's page, they were nowhere even in the touching standards of the organizations I had worked for till that time. And they had promised all top Limited companies to me while duping me with my money. I really used to have this feeling - Is there something really seriously wrong with my profile? Believe me Guys...there was no problem with me. The problem was only with these fraudsters...[censored]s to be right...or dickheads...Actually their standard is very low and that only...they can only provide some petty offers to the freshers that too in the hospitality or banking sectors...they are not at all meant for Experienced Professionals but they don't stop from boasting about themselves ... I also know more people who have faced similar problems with them. Or just go to their office 1 morning andd you must find 2-3 dissatisfied fellows standing in a queue outside the door ready to fire upon them as soon as allowed inside. Note :- Now they have shifted their office from BALLYGUNGE TO JEEVANDEEP... Thus, my suggestion would be NEVER EVER DARE TO CONTACT OR REGISTER YOURSELF WITH ADS CONSULTANCY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE PAIN.. MOTHER [censored]ERS Was this information helpful? | |||

যুব সমাজের বেকারত্বের সুযোগ নিয়ে, এতবড় চিটিংবাজি ব্যাবসা যে খোদ কলকাতার ওপরও চালানো যায়, তার উৎকৃষ্ট উদাহরন এই কোম্পানিটি। এই কোম্পানিটি বেকারদের কাছ থেকে, একবার ছলে বলে টাকা নিতে পারলেই হল। তারপর শুরু হয় বিভিন্ন রকম নাটক। বিভিন্ন রকম নামী কোম্পানির ইমেল আইডি এই 4-aims, sms মারফত আপনার ফোনে পা্ঠাবে। নিয়ম হল ওই কোম্পানি গুলিতে 4-aims এর modify করা CV আপনার ইমেল থেকে পাঠাতে হবে। বড় বড় কোম্পানিতে ইমেল পাঠাচ্ছেন, আপনি ভাবছেন এই বুঝি আপনার চাকরি হল, খুব নামী কোম্পানি ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি। কিন্তু কার্যক্ষেত্রে কিছুই নয়। যত সময় যাবে আপনি বারবার ফোন করবেন স্বপ্না শিকদারকে -এই হল হল প্রতিশ্রুতি বারবার শুনবেন । একটু দেরি করুন সব হয়ে যাবে প্রতিশ্রুতি চলতেই থাকবে। মেয়েটিকে বসানো হয়েছে খুব বুদ্ধি করেই। মেয়েটির একটি বিশেষ গুন -আপনি ফোন করুন অথবা দেখা দিন, তৎক্ষনাৎ আপনাকে বিভিন্ন কথা বলে আপনার মন ভরিয়ে দেবে। আপনি ভাববেন, কনসালটেন্সি আমাকে ঠিকই মনে রেখেছে। আপনি যখনই মেয়েটির চোখের আড়াল চলে যাবেন তৎক্ষনাৎ মেয়েটি আপনাকে ভুলে যাবে। এই চাকরি দিচ্ছি দিচ্ছি করে, আপনার টাকার বিনিময়ে, আপনাকে বসিয়ে রেখে, আপনারই জীবনের বহু সময় নষ্ট করে দেবে এই কনসালটেন্সি।
আরও একটি ব্যাপার, আপনি টাকা দিলে এরা আপনাকে একটি মানি রিসিপ্ট দেবে। ওই মানি রিসিপ্টে যা লেখা থাকবে ওটাই সব। এর বাইরে ওরা প্রচুর মৌখিক বয়ান দেবে। আপনি লক্ষ্য করবেন বয়ানগুলি সময়ের সাপেক্ষে পরিবর্তনশীল। ব্যাপারটা কেমন? একটু পরিস্কার করা যাক –আমি যখন প্রথমে গিয়েছিলাম তখন স্বপ্না দেবী ৩০০০, ৫০০০, ২০০০০ টাকার বিভিন্ন স্কিম (ব্যাঙ্গার্থে, পড়ুন সারদা স্কীম) সম্পর্কে বললেন । ২০ হাজার সম্পর্কে বললেন- “এই স্কীমটিতে অতি শীঘ্রই চাকরি দেয়া হবে । যদি দুই থেকে তিন মাসের মধ্যে চাকরি কনফার্ম না করতে পারি তবে আপনাকে ২ হাজার টাকা কেটে নিয়ে ১৮ হাজার টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে”। আমি শীঘ্রই চাকরি পাওয়ার জন্য ২০০০০ টাকার স্কীমটিতে রাজি হয়ে যাই এবং টাকা পে করি। তারপর চলতে থাকে বিভিন্ন কোম্পানিতে CV পাঠানোর নাটক। তিন থেকে চারমাস কেটে গেলেও চাকরির দেখা তো দুরে যাক, কোন ইন্টারভিউ নেই। এইবার যখন বললাম –“কোনরূপ ভাবে চাকরি তো এতদিনে হল না । আমার টাকা ফেরত দিন। আপনি কন্ডিশনে তো এরকম বলেছিলেন”। তখনই স্বপ্না দেবী রূঢ়ভাবে বললেন- “মিনিমাম ছমাস পরে ভাবব”। ছমাস পরে বলল সাতমাস, তারপরে আটমাস, নমাস, দশমাস, টাকার কোন সন্ধান নেই। আমি আমার নাম এবং এনরোলমেন্ট নম্বরটি উল্লেখ করতে পারতাম কিন্তু বিশেষ কারনবশত তা করলাম না। এর আগেও এখানে অভিযোগ জানিয়ে সত্য প্রকাশ করতে প্রায় সবাই নিজের পরিচয় গোপন রেখেছে। এর একটি কারন আছে। এরা আপনার কাছ থেকে টাকা নেবে, সে ব্যাপারে আপনি কোন যায়গায় কিছু বলতে গেলেই, এরাই আপনাকে বিভিন্ন আইনের জুজু দেখাবে। অর্থাৎ আপানার টাকায় বলীয়ান হয়ে, আপনার টাকায় আপনার বিরুদ্ধে আইন লড়ে, আপনাকেই জেলে পোরার হুমকি দেবে।
বেকারদের ঠকিয়ে, তাদের সময়ের অপচয় করে, অর্থ অপচয় করে এতবড় প্রতারনা চক্র খোদ কলকাতার উপর কিভাবে গজিয়ে উঠল? প্রশাসন আর কতদিন এদের ব্যাপারে নির্বিকার থাকবে? আমাদের রাজ্যের ক্রেতাসুরক্ষা দপ্তরেরও কী কোন দায় নেই? আমি নিজে বারবার গিয়ে গিয়ে দেখেছি বহু ছেলেমেয়েরা এখানে প্রতিনিয়ত ঠকছে, প্রতারিত হচ্ছে, স্বপ্ন হারাচ্ছে। প্রশাসনকে অনুরোধ করছি, এই প্রতারনা চক্রটি বন্ধ করার জন্য যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব উদ্যোগী হোন।

আরও একটি ব্যাপার, আপনি টাকা দিলে এরা আপনাকে একটি মানি রিসিপ্ট দেবে। ওই মানি রিসিপ্টে যা লেখা থাকবে ওটাই সব। এর বাইরে ওরা প্রচুর মৌখিক বয়ান দেবে। আপনি লক্ষ্য করবেন বয়ানগুলি সময়ের সাপেক্ষে পরিবর্তনশীল। ব্যাপারটা কেমন? একটু পরিস্কার করা যাক –আমি যখন প্রথমে গিয়েছিলাম তখন স্বপ্না দেবী ৩০০০, ৫০০০, ২০০০০ টাকার বিভিন্ন স্কিম (ব্যাঙ্গার্থে, পড়ুন সারদা স্কীম) সম্পর্কে বললেন । ২০ হাজার সম্পর্কে বললেন- “এই স্কীমটিতে অতি শীঘ্রই চাকরি দেয়া হবে । যদি দুই থেকে তিন মাসের মধ্যে চাকরি কনফার্ম না করতে পারি তবে আপনাকে ২ হাজার টাকা কেটে নিয়ে ১৮ হাজার টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে”। আমি শীঘ্রই চাকরি পাওয়ার জন্য ২০০০০ টাকার স্কীমটিতে রাজি হয়ে যাই এবং টাকা পে করি। তারপর চলতে থাকে বিভিন্ন কোম্পানিতে CV পাঠানোর নাটক। তিন থেকে চারমাস কেটে গেলেও চাকরির দেখা তো দুরে যাক, কোন ইন্টারভিউ নেই। এইবার যখন বললাম –“কোনরূপ ভাবে চাকরি তো এতদিনে হল না । আমার টাকা ফেরত দিন। আপনি কন্ডিশনে তো এরকম বলেছিলেন”। তখনই স্বপ্না দেবী রূঢ়ভাবে বললেন- “মিনিমাম ছমাস পরে ভাবব”। ছমাস পরে বলল সাতমাস, তারপরে আটমাস, নমাস, দশমাস, টাকার কোন সন্ধান নেই। আমি আমার নাম এবং এনরোলমেন্ট নম্বরটি উল্লেখ করতে পারতাম কিন্তু বিশেষ কারনবশত তা করলাম না। এর আগেও এখানে অভিযোগ জানিয়ে সত্য প্রকাশ করতে প্রায় সবাই নিজের পরিচয় গোপন রেখেছে। এর একটি কারন আছে। এরা আপনার কাছ থেকে টাকা নেবে, সে ব্যাপারে আপনি কোন যায়গায় কিছু বলতে গেলেই, এরাই আপনাকে বিভিন্ন আইনের জুজু দেখাবে। অর্থাৎ আপানার টাকায় বলীয়ান হয়ে, আপনার টাকায় আপনার বিরুদ্ধে আইন লড়ে, আপনাকেই জেলে পোরার হুমকি দেবে।
বেকারদের ঠকিয়ে, তাদের সময়ের অপচয় করে, অর্থ অপচয় করে এতবড় প্রতারনা চক্র খোদ কলকাতার উপর কিভাবে গজিয়ে উঠল? প্রশাসন আর কতদিন এদের ব্যাপারে নির্বিকার থাকবে? আমাদের রাজ্যের ক্রেতাসুরক্ষা দপ্তরেরও কী কোন দায় নেই? আমি নিজে বারবার গিয়ে গিয়ে দেখেছি বহু ছেলেমেয়েরা এখানে প্রতিনিয়ত ঠকছে, প্রতারিত হচ্ছে, স্বপ্ন হারাচ্ছে। প্রশাসনকে অনুরোধ করছি, এই প্রতারনা চক্রটি বন্ধ করার জন্য যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব উদ্যোগী হোন।

একটি Sad Song :-
For-aims এর অফিসে আমি যখন যাই তখন ওরা আমাকে 3000, 5000 ও 20, 000 টাকার বিভিন্ন অফার শোনায় । তার মধ্যে কুড়ি হাজার টাকার প্যাকেজটি আমার সবচেয়ে পছন্দের মনে হয় । কুড়ি হাজার টাকার বিনিময়ে বলা হয়- তিন মাসের মধ্যে চাকরি দেওয়া হবে । যদি তিন মাসের মধ্যে চাকরি না দিতে পারি তবে Processing Fee বাবদ 2000 টাকা কেটে নিয়ে 18, 000 টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে । আরও বলা হয় মাসে দুটো করে Interview Call অবশ্যই দেওয়া হবে । এই কথাগুলো For aims মৌখিক বলে । তারপর আমি 13.07.2015 তারিখে For-aims কে 20, 000/= টাকা দিই । সেজন্য For-aims আমাকে একটি 20, 000/= টাকার Money Receipt দেয় । লিখিত বলতে ওটাই সব, আর কিছু ওরা দেয় না ।
For-Aims এ নাম Entry করার পর ছমাস কেটে গেলেও আমি কোন Interview Call পাইনি। তার মধ্যে কয়েকবার ছুটেছি ওদের ওফিসে, ফোনও করেছি । সব বারই দেরি কর, অবশ্যই হবে প্রতিশ্রুতি শুনেছি । যখন বুঝেছি এখানে আর কিছুই হবে না, তখন ওদের পুর্ব প্রতিশ্রুতি মনে করিয়ে দিয়ে টাকা চাইতে শুরু করে দিলাম । স্বপ্না শিকদারের মুখ থেকে শুনলাম- “টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া অসম্ভব” । আমি শুনলাম তার কারন কী? তার কোন গ্রহনযোগ্য ব্যাখ্যা পেলাম না । আমি বাধ্য হয়ে ওদের ওফিসে তারিখে একটি মেল পাঠিয়ে বললাম আমার টাকা ফেরত দিন নইলে আমি আইনের দ্বারস্ত হব । কোন জবাব না পেয়ে তারপরও একই কথা বলে আবার মেল পাঠিয়েছি । সন্তোষজনক কোন জবাব মেলেনি ।
তারপর বাধ্য হয়ে Consumer Affairs এ জানালাম (28.12.2015)। এটা কোন কোর্ট নয় । একজন উর্ধ্বতন অফিসার ওখানে থাকে । তার তত্বাবধানে একটি Tripartite meeting হয় । সেখানে ওনার মধ্যস্থতায় বাদী ও বিবাদীপক্ষের সমস্যা মেটানোর চেষ্টা করা হয় । এখানে যদি সমস্যা না মিটে যায়, তখন এর পরবর্তী Stage হল কোর্ট । এরপর যে কেউ কোর্টে যেতে পারে ।
04.02.2016 তারিখে Tripartite Meeting টি হয় । সেখানে For-aims এর ওকিল নানা অবান্তর দাবি করতে থাকে । আমার নাকি Interview Call পাওয়ার মতো কোন যোগ্যতাই নেই । টাকা ফেরত দেওয়ার ব্যাপারে ওদের উকিল বলতে থাকে, For-Aims এর কোনও Refund Police –ই নেই । এক টাকাও আমরা কাউকে ফেরত দিই না ।
Tripartite Meeting এ কোন সমাধানসূত্র মেলেনি। Consumer Affairs বলে দিল- Irreconcilability of view between yourself and the opposite party.
এবং আরও বলল- এরপর আপনি ব্যাপারটা নিয়ে কোর্টে যেতে পারেন । আমাদের এখানকার Step শেষ ।
Tripartite Meeting এর ঠিক কুড়ি দিনের মাথায় আমি একটি Interview Call এর জন্য Date পেলাম । 25.02.2016 তারিখে বলা হল Interview 24.03.2016 তারিখে । আবার 21.03.2016 তারিখে বলা হল Interview Date Change করে 19.04.2016 করা হয়েছে । আট-নমাস পরে একটি Interview তাতে আবার প্রত্যেক Date এর মধ্যে একমাস করে ফারাক । এ চাতুরী নিয়ে না হয় নাইবা কিছু বললাম । কারন 30.03.2016 তারিখে for-aims কে মেল পাঠিয়ে জানিয়ে দিয়েছি ওদের দেওয়া Interview এ আমি যাচ্ছি না । তার কারন ওরা এই Interview call, Consumer affairs এর চাপে দিয়েছে । আমি সেখানে গেলেই চাকরি হয়ে যাবে এমন কোন কথাই নেই । আর তারপরও যেভাবে(Consumer affairs এ জানিয়ে) For-Aims এর কাছ থেকে পরিষেবা আদায় করতে হল, সে পরিষেবায় আমার জীবনের আশংকা থাকবে না, সেটা কে বলে দিতে পারে? এই ভয় সবচেয়ে বেশী পাচ্ছে আমার পরিবার ।
কিন্তু সবচেয়ে অবাক ব্যাপার- ওদের উকিল বলল, আমার নাকি Interview Call পাওয়ার মতো কোন যোগ্যতাই নেই । প্রশ্ন হল- Consumer affairs এ Tripartite Meeting এর ঠিক কুড়ি দিনের মধ্যে কী করে আমি Interview পেয়ে গেলাম? মাত্র কুড়ি দিনের মধ্যে যোগ্যতম হয়ে উঠলাম? তার আগে প্রায় সাতমাস আমার কী করে কোন যোগ্যতা ছিলো না?
আবার বলছে ওদের কোন Refund Policy নেই । ওদের দেওয়া Money Receipt এর পেছনে Term & Conditions এর 4 নং এ স্পষ্ট করে বলা আছে- The consultation fee is refundable excluding fixed paid service and service tax.( Refund policies are subject to mutual understanding.)
আমি আর ওদের কোন Interview এ যাব না । ওরা মৌখিকভাবে যে সময় নিয়েছিল সে সময় অনেক আগেই অতিবাহিত হয়েছে । আর ওদের কোন সময়ের limit নেই । তাই আমি আমার টাকা ফেরত চাই । সেটা ভালোয় ভালোয় হলে কারো কোন সমস্যা হবে না । কিন্তু সেটা না হলে লড়াইটা চালিয়েই যেতে হবে ।

কারনে কোম্পানির সঙ্গে আমার ভুল বোঝাবুঝি হয় । সেই কারনে আমি অসন্তুষ্ট
হয়ে কোম্পানির বিরুদ্ধে এখানে কিছু লেখা পোষ্ট করি । কিন্তু পরবর্তীতে

বোঝাবুঝির কারনেই হয়েছে এবং সেটা দুই পক্ষের মধ্যস্থতায় মিটে গেছে । For
aims কোম্পানির ব্যবহারে আমি খুবই সন্তুষ্ট । কোম্পানির বিরুদ্ধে আমার আর
কোন অভিযোগ রইল না ।
কারনে কোম্পানির সঙ্গে আমার ভুল বোঝাবুঝি হয় । সেই কারনে আমি অসন্তুষ্ট
হয়ে কোম্পানির বিরুদ্ধে এখানে কিছু লেখা পোষ্ট করি । কিন্তু পরবর্তীতে
