[Resolved] 91mobiles.com — Cashback not credited to my acccount | |||||
I purchased a mobile worth Rs. 6498.99 on 20 December 2015 from Ebay.in using the coupon code provided by 91mobiles.com. As per 91mobiles.com after applying the coupon code a cashback of Rs.1235.00 was supposed to be credited to the purchased bank account i.e. CITIBANK after 2 months. But still after 4 months i have not seen the amount credited to my account. When i contacted 91mobiles.com they replied me that they have already processed the Cashback on 9th Feb 2016. The Cashback status provided by them is as below. Store Name : eBay Order ID : [protected] Cashback Claim Date :[protected] eBay Purchase Date :[protected] Cashback Status : Your cashback of Rs. 1235 (Eligibility amount : 6499) has been processed on 09/02/2016. Please check and let us know, if you haven't received it in your account. They also sent me the transaction status received from the CITIBANK as below. 2/10/2016 FUNDS TRANSFER 51XX0XXX46~ Ref No :- [protected] 1, 235.00 On the above said date no credit of Rs. 1235 has happened to my CITIBANK account. When i contacted CITIBANK regarding this after so many days they told me to contact the merchant i.e. 91mobiles.com who provided the cashback coupon. Even i did not get any proper reply from CITIBANK regarding this issue. The CITIBANK purchase details below: 21/12/2015 PURCHASE SUBJECT: MCUPOS 20DEC1017 Card no.: 5497XXX0XXXX2807 20DEC EBAY INDIA PAISA PAY MUMBAI Ref:[protected] Ref No :- 20DEC1017 6, 498.99 I have all the details of the purchase and the communications which i did to both the merchant 91mobiles.com and CITIBANK. The merchant i.e. 91mobiles.com seems to be dragging this issue by saying that he would process the cashback to my alternate bank account. I provided the my alternate bank account 2 weeks before but it was of no use. Simply it was just an eyewash to make me quiet. I have a mail communication regarding this and have attached the same. Hence would request you to please help me to get my cashback.
