[Resolved] [protected] — fishing the LIC Customers saying you have profit bonus (dividend amount) in lacks | |||
i have received a call from [protected] informing me that i have LIC bonus amount (dividend amount) Rs. 145310.77 he told me that he is calling from LIC insurance verification department.He asked whether my insurance Agent is giving me any information on Bonus, because there is an amount that i should claim but agent is claiming dividend amount, if i am not claimed agent will claim that amount 40% will go to agent 60% will go to local branch, so remove the agent code from policy no so that you can claim 100% bonus amount.to do that you should have customer id to attach the LIC policy number open a policy in Adithya Birla Group and provide me the application number, he will send the adithya birla group agent to open the policy. then i have seen the complaint with this phone number in Consumer Complaints and stop proceeding further. Received exactly similar call from[protected] from somebody called Soniya & Sandeep Sarma, and finally Sandeep Sarma asked me to buy a temporary policy from future generali insurance worth Rs. 27000. they also gave me another no. [protected] for reference.

i have received the same type of phone calls saying the same thing 60% 40% and asked my about my lic policy number(which i gave them) but then after they asked me to 22000 cheque in favour of some sunshine or sunlife i dont exactly remember it seemed a fake call moreover the english accent of that senior executive was very pathetic the number i received call was [protected]
