These guys are worse in communication. They don't provide a contact number. They don't even reply back to your email. I got a Headlamp set for Grande Punto which costed me around Rs2649 (Order#[protected]. Since I ordered the wrong side of the headlamp lamp (completely my mistake), I asked them for a return. They replied back to me after a month and after numerous followup emails, providing me an address to which I need to send back the product. I did send them back and their email said that once the product is received, the refund will be processed in 2-3 weeks time. It's been more than 6-7 weeks now since my returned product reached them and they haven't processed any refund yet back to my account and also not replying to my emails. Now I've lost Rs 2649 plus return shipping fee of around Rs 400. Don't every trust these guys. Worst customer service. Please someone take some strict action on these guys.
