This Sony Service Center has taken away my Bravia TV's original motherboard and my TV panel is still lying unrepaired at the centre. TV was submitted for simple backlight issue(as investigated previously by same Service Center) and now I am asked to take a new TV instead of repair as the motherboard needs replacement & is not companies original!
