Despite my several visits nothing has been done.

father has got some NSC with post office, haldiyon ka rasta, in from of LMB, Jaipur.
He died in November 28, 2010 and the NSC taken by him got matured.
Now I with my mother went to post office to submit the required documents to collect the cheque for redemption of NSC's.
