I fail to understand, why in our country alone those who are the best in quality are the worst in customer service and customer sentiments.
A2B is one such chain, where the staff i believe have been trained to value company profits first.
there are so many o[censored]s who are regulars in A2B for the excellent taste. me for one always has to literally fight with the staff to get some extra sambar or chutney which they do not give and behave as if they are parting with gold. we are regulars. we go often. i n fact have eaten in at least 7 a2b branches in chennai and 4 a2b branches in bangalore.everywhere its the same. worst of course is the a2b outlet in BDA complex HSR layout bangalore.
try negotiating some extra chutney or sambar there with the staff. it will be futile. staff are rude, discourteous and throw a 'i[censored] want eat ..or pls go'' attitude.
sambar sadam which u buy in the afternoon comes with some vadams and a poriyal. i[censored] dont like the vadam and want an appalam instead u got to keep wishing, . i[censored] dont lkike the poriyal and want some kurma instead ... again keep wishing.. everything is charged for.. imagine a leading restaurant chain which makes such huge profits out of its clients having seperate rates for inhouse eating and seperate rates for parcel orders... its just horrifying.
so great is their food taste...wish their attitude towards clients sentiments could change Was this information helpful? |
