I purchased neelam gemstone 7 1/4 carat from this company.They have send the cracked gemstone and when I asked them that after trust on you I paid Rs.7800 and company aaa teleshopping sent me cracked one then I asked for the refund as the process of replacement would take time and I had to wear on immediate the blue sapphire so I purchased from the jewellary shop and asked for refund against the cracked blue sapphire they said that you have to take cracked nilam (blue sapphire) as we don't have refund and replacement policy. I received two Munga rings vide order No[protected]. Both rings were of poor quality, Out of which one ring was of coral was twisted to make it straight as ring they filled the gap with black wax in the front and back side of it. The length of the coral was thin and lengthy unfit to wear for ring. therefore I returned it by Registered post Article No ARK0766087IN dated 19th March 24, 2014. Online Postal tracking system indicates it is delivered through Sarswathi puram post office.
When contacted over phone to AAA tele shopping on 24th March 24, 2014, AAA tele shopping, first they said it is not received by them. After submitting the proof, Now they say they received the defective ring, but do not have stock. I have to wait till the stock comes. This really is cheating. Their website do not mention about the refund of defective article. I wanted to speak to their senior manager s, they say they do not have any one expect the one who attend the telephone. The operation is appears, existing to cheat the public.
