Dear sir/ madam,
Kindly let me know the following :-
A. Whether the above project (Cloud9 at vaishali ghaziabad, of m/s aadi best consortium pvt ltd) has been given the completion certificate? If yes, on which date?
B. Whether a builder can do the registry of an apartment in favour of the buyer unless the completion certificate has been issued?
C. Whether the builder is not obliged to give refund of money with interest and penalty etc, if registry as per law is not done?
