Aadi Best Consortium Pvt Ltd Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir/ madam,

Kindly let me know the following :-

A. Whether the above project (Cloud9 at vaishali ghaziabad, of m/s aadi best consortium pvt ltd) has been given the completion certificate? If yes, on which date?

B. Whether a builder can do the registry of an apartment in favour of the buyer unless the completion certificate has been issued?

C. Whether the builder is not obliged...

Aadi Best Consortium Pvt Ltd are the developers of Cloud9 project at Vaishali sector 1 Ghaziabad UP.
They had committed to give possession of the flat by end 2016. However they have taken 95% of the payment and not handed over the flat.
They have so far not given the progress report of the construction. They say that they are affected due to demonetisation. this reason doesnt seem to be true as the construction started in 2012...

As per the agreement and company promise the possession committed to customer as per sale agreement was march 2016. But still there is no information when to handover the flats.
Now project is claimed to be completed in june 2017 which was earlier committed to be completed by dec 2016.
Every time they extend the time by 6 months....
