Aarusha Homes — Issue in aarusha hostel, ameerpet

Dear sir/ madam,

I am one of the member residing in aarusha ladies hostel, ameerpet, hyderabad. I stay in 4th floor. We are facing with so many issues in our hostel. I am writing this mail on behalf of the all the girls staying in 4th floor including me. We tried discussing the matter/concern with our management team (Warden) but we get nothing in return. It's been 5 months i am staying here but from the very first day of joining i see the bathroom door is not working. It's so embarrassing and we girls are finding difficult to use the same bathroom.

Another thing, there is no proper roof in the pent house and the water which are leaking from the tank gets stored on the floor which makes very difficult for everyone to walk. Many times we even slipped.

The 3rd thing is there is no wifi on our floor since 2 months completely. At the time of joining they said we'll get wifi as a complementary but we are going through a situation where we don't get wifi at all since 2 months.

These are lot more issue that we girls are compromising. When we spoke to the management team they come up with only one reply "leave the hostel" and try looking for some other hostel. Our question is "is that the only solution that aarusha have"? Though we tried approaching the concerned people, we never get proper response. Every month we girls are forced to pay the fees on time before 5th but why don't they consider our concern/issues. We do expect something from the management side as well which we are eligible as are paying. It would be really nice if they understand how painful we are while paying the fees due to such services we get. We would really appreciate if they (Warden) come and check for any concern at least once a month.

I thought for a while and made me to write this email to the right department from where we can expect atleast a response. Kindly look into the issue and do a needful.
