Abhyudaya Bank — imps amount debited but not credited to the other account.

I have an account with abyudaya co-op bank ltd., abhyudaya nagar branch, today i. E.[protected] i had done a transfer to my other bank current account for the amount of rs. 5000 and rs. 1000 seperately which i say that the aacount had been debited with the account but not credited to the other account (Mycurrent account).

I started calling up to the customer care but they were not so trained to answer me, just transferred my call to another saying they are transferring to the concerned person, even then they repeated the same twice and thrice but didnt answer me, later asked me to call home branch also gave some other number[protected] which nobody bothered to reply.

Then after an hour i called up my home branch, they picked up my call after 7-8 times i called, but surprised they also played the same game, transferring calls only not bothered to resolve, and finally saying the transfer to the concerned person they hung up the call.

I tried again and again still no reply, finally answered my call with the same reply and same number to call.

Please help me, as its a big issue why to have such persons if they cant answer tge query or unable to resolve the problem.

Abhyudaya bank co-op bank, its really a shame if the staff over there is unable even to understand the issue.

Really a bad experience.
