Ablaze Info Solutions — 47days passed still not got refund

I requested for refund on 16 December and i got the confirmation call and message from the company that they have approved my refund and now 47days have passed, the refund has not been received
it's my hard earned money..i'm not able to contact the company as they have switched off the call centre number and they don't respond to my mails
Please if anybody can help in providing my money back
