Abott — Foreign material in tablets

Hi, my mom is using thyronorm 75 MCG tablets since 10 years . Today mrng when she opened the bottle to take tablets she found something inside the bottle other than tablet ( looks like a peanut ) we donno what is that so she opened up the top cover completely and she checked and we found a pulse grain so my question is that is it okay to use the tablets with foreign material in the bottle with the medicine ? Thank you
