Abott — Product Quality is Very Poor

Hi,

I am using Abott products for quite a long and for many long years; in fact. This time i am seriously disappointed with the extremely bad quality of Digene Syrup (Mint Flavor). The Syrup is Found Clotted and Lumpy; once we opened up the bottle (in spite of following the basic guidelines to use like "Shaking well before use") & the dates are of course within the suggested usage dates. Shockingly surprised to get this kind o[censored]naccepted & pathetic Quality of the Syrup from company like Abott. Disappointed to see, how this bad quality syrup could pass on to the Consumer, that too from the supposedly good manufacturing process as well the outgoing checks.

Contacted the Local Medical Store, but could not get any solution.

Pl see the matter in detail and arrange to resolve at the earliest.
